Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent views and daily servicing, but unfortunately, the room was the worst we have stayed in for a long time, making us decide not to return. The service was exceptional with helpful and attentive staff in the casa lounge. The location is perfect right on the beach front with a beautiful golden sand beach, although lacking Christmas decorations. The dining experience was excellent with plenty of choices and outside seating, ready for guests. Despite this, the facilities are luxurious but fall short in certain areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a good size with a partial view of the sea, spotlessly clean, and well stocked with Molton Brown products. However, the layout felt a bit dark and dingy. The service was attentive and helpful, with a unique touch of being taken to the room in a golf caddy. The location was perfect, right on the beach front, but the openness to the footpath in front of the rooms was a downside. The dining experience offered plenty of choices and the beautiful outside terrace was a plus.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms, but the overall condition is tired and dated. Housekeeping provides daily service with fresh linens and towels. The location is quieter yet convenient, within walking distance to the lively parts of Adeje. However, service quality varies, with some staff offering prompt assistance while others lack direction and efficiency.
The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, but they look dated and are not up to the standard one would expect for the price paid. The service is exceptional, proactive, and extremely attentive, going over and above expectations. The location offers stunning views but involves many stairs to navigate. The dining experience is enjoyable with a variety of restaurants on-site. The facilities are well-maintained with plenty to offer.
